HOW TO GET THERE?
Bimini
Just 50 miles east of Florida, Bimini is a collection of sun-kissed islands — a paradise for resort lovers, divers and deep-sea fishing enthusiasts alike. It can only be accessed directly via plane at FLL airport or ferry.
By Plane: Silver Airways
Silver Airways is a leading regional U.S. airline operating flights between gateways in Florida and the Bahamas. Departs from FLL to NSB and seats up to 45 people.
By Ferry: Balearia Ferry
The Ferry leaves Fort Lauderdale to Bimini on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am, arriving in Bimini at 11am. The Ferry departs Bimini at 6pm and arrives in Fort Lauderdale at 8pm. The cost is $208/person round trip (including tax).
By Seaplane: North Bimini (NSB)
Tropic Airways flies shared seaplane charters from FLL to NSB. Seats up to 9 guests aboard an air-conditioned plane, complete with leather seats.
